Capture Client Facts the Way They Actually Talk

A year or two ago, I couldn't believe it - multiple technology consultancies were building their own fact-finding processes for advisers to adopt.
Did we really need another one?
So I've been on a mission to find a better way. Over months of development, I've tried multiple approaches until finally we have a solution.
The outcome is that you can add client facts as they would naturally say them to you as their adviser, or you could upload a fact-find statement or text and we'd extract all the information from it. We categorises everything into the relevant fields - assets, cashflow, liabilities - but also handles trickier areas like linking a partner, dependents, and goals.

Fundamentally, I believe there exists an asymmetry of information: clients are only willing to share what they're comfortable sharing, while advisers know much more about what is relevant and useful for a client to know. So we wanted to support a progressive journey where fields like goals can initially be fuzzy - "I'd like to retire comfortably."
But eventually we can add structure and layer on strategies to help customers achieve their goals. And once you've captured the data, you don't have to rekey it again not for scenario modelling or looking up products. This means updating scenarios is a breeze, and perhaps even enjoyable.
In the future, we'd like to add voice and transcripts so data can be captured as you go.
We'd love for advisers who love to try the cutting edge of what AI can do to test what we've built and provide feedback. In turn, you could help shape the future of this product and supercharge your advice process.
If this sounds like the future you want, request early access and we'll invite you to try it first.
